Bimpe is passionate about human rights especially children’s rights, education, women’s right, peace building and the use of technology, social media and other tools for advocacy through the engagement of youths as agents of change. She has been fortunate to work and volunteer with different non-governmental organizations- the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club in Baltimore City, The Amadi Guess Foundation, National Human Rights Commission, The State’s Attorney’s Office; Juvenile Division Baltimore City, and Eagle’s HOPE Foundation. Bimpe was the only Nigerian selected to participate in the 2013 UNESCO International Leadership Training Program in Connecticut (USA). She is also a Social Media Marketer and works with Decouverte Consult, a law firm as the Social Media Manager.
Damilola currently works with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a part of the World Bank Group in their Sustainable Business Advisory team in West and Southern Africa. She is passionate about environmental sustainability, and educational reform projects. She loves to work with people, to organize, and is passionate about Kinnect and what it has to offer to the communities she is a part of.
Kayode is an aspiring social thinker interested in social change and community development. He is passionate about identifying pragmatic and effective solutions for tackling social problems through partnerships that work symbiotically toconceptualise, design, develop and implement programs for sustainable change, growth and development. Kayode currently works with a listed financial services group as a Strategy and Performance Monitoring officer. Prior to joining the financial services group, he worked for five (5) years as a Management consultant with the Advisory division of KPMG Professional Services where he worked on several strategy and process improvement projects.
